Home Again

I’m back from Illinois.  It was a great trip except the weather was cold and rainy a couple of days.  That’s the midwest.  Just as I remembered.  But it did not dampen the visit —  I really enjoyed visiting with everyone and was able to spend lots of time with my son and his new girlfriend, Sara   She’s a real sweetheart. 

Anyway I’m slowly getting back into the groove here at home.  Very slowly.   I thought about starting the valance project today.

But then I just shut the door. 

Maybe later this week. Or next.

Too, too funny!! Yeah, shut the door - and not to worry - when you open it again - low and behold, all your "stuff" will still be there.

Glad the visit up North was good. You know if you don't get busy in the sewing room, the next BUS trip may just open up many new projects. You will be staring at the shadowbox-less windows! Ideas will just began popping in your head!

He He... yep I felt a bit overwhelmed that day. But never fear I'll get myself organized soon... I'm determined to get these all done before Xmas -- if not sooner.
