I fixed the green snafu as best I could.  It’s not quite what I wanted, but I had to move on.  Once the room is filled up with furniture and drapes I think it will be fine.

And speaking of drapes I stumbled onto a great find at JoAnn Fabrics this week.   I was looking for a fabric to redo my bulletin board and found two candidates and this toile was one of them.  It seems to work and lucky me they had just enough left on the bolt to do 2 panels. They won’t be quite as “full” since the fabric is just 42” wide, but I’m OK with that.

Just a few more weeks in TN then I’m headed home.  I have one more room to paint and I’m going to try desperately to get a couple of quilt bocks done.  I joined two group quilt-a-longs and trying to get this room done has put me behind on both of those.

The story of my life.  I’m always operating from behind.
